day tour to Luxor is an unforgettable experience, as it allows you to explore some of the most famous and impressive archaeological sites in Egypt. While a single day might not be enough to fully appreciate everything Luxor has to offer, a well-planned itinerary can help you make the most of your time.

    • Upon arrival in Luxor, you will be greeted by a guide who will take you around the major sites.
  1. Visit the Valley of the Kings (West Bank):

    • The Valley of the Kings is home to the tombs of many pharaohs, including King Tutankhamun, Ramses II, and Seti I. You will visit a few of the most famous tombs (entry is usually limited to 3 tombs per ticket).
    • While the tombs are generally not as grand as the temples, the intricate wall paintings and hieroglyphs are spectacular. Don’t miss the tomb of Tutankhamun, if it’s open (it may have an additional entrance fee).
    • Be sure to take plenty of water and sun protection as it can get quite hot.
  2. Visit Hatshepsut Temple:

    • The Temple of Hatshepsut is one of the most beautiful and unique temples in Egypt. It is dedicated to the only female pharaoh, Hatshepsut, and is built into the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari.
    • The temple’s terraced design and the surrounding desert landscape create a breathtaking view.
  3. Colossi of Memnon:

    • On your way to the next site, stop by the Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues that once guarded the entrance to the temple of Amenhotep III. These statues are famous for their size and their resonance (they used to make a mysterious sound at dawn, which led to myths about them).

Afternoon:

lunch . we offer our distinguished guests a wonderful traditional place to enjoy their lunch with amazing location and tasty food .

  1. Visit Karnak Temple (East Bank):

    • Karnak Temple is one of the largest and most impressive temple complexes in Egypt. It was built and expanded by multiple pharaohs over centuries. The Great Hypostyle Hall with its 134 massive columns is one of the main highlights.
    • You can also explore the sacred lake, the obelisks, and the Temple of Amun-Ra.
    • Don’t miss the Karnak Sound and Light Show if you have time in the evening (depending on your flight schedule or other arrangements).
  2. Visit Luxor Temple (East Bank): optional

    • Luxor Temple is located right in the heart of modern Luxor. It is stunningly illuminated at night, but you can also visit it during the day. The temple is dedicated to the Theban Triad (Amun, Mut, and Khonsu).
    • You’ll see the Avenue of Sphinxes leading to the temple, which connects it to Karnak Temple (this avenue was once lined with thousands of sphinx statues).
